We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Supervisor/Engineer to oversee and manage all formwork-related activities on site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/structural projects, with hands-on experience in executing formwork works for high-rise buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, compliance with safety and quality standards, and efficient coordination with internal teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Plan and execute civil and structural formwork works in line with approved drawings and project specifications. Obtain necessary approvals from consultants and clients. Team & Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors according to project priorities and timelines. Workforce Management: Allocate daily tasks and general responsibilities to the workforce. Supervise, train, and monitor labor and tradespeople to ensure productivity and quality. Attendance & Scheduling: Prepare and maintain schedules. Monitor attendance and ensure the availability of required manpower. Resource Utilization: Ensure effective use of manpower, materials, equipment, and machinery. Optimize resource allocation to avoid delays and cost overruns. Safety & Quality Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and ensure quality standards are maintained at all times. Promote a safe, secure, and compliant working environment. Job Description: - Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on concrete pumps (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems). - Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. - Perform complete overhauling of pump units, including hydraulic systems, engines, control valves, and wear parts. - Inspect and test concrete pumping systems to ensure safety and optimal performance. - Maintain accurate service reports and documentation. - Provide on-site technical support to clients as needed across the UAE. - Communicate effectively with the parts and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery. - Reports to Service Deputy Section Head. Qualifications: -Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with concrete pumps (troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhauling) - In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and control circuits used in concrete machinery. - Must be currently residing in the UAE. - Possess a valid UAE driver's license. - Must be not more than 40 years old. - Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical or related field preferred. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude.
