Key Responsibilities: Assist the Management team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities on-site. Review structural and architectural drawings and ensure execution aligns with approved plans. Supervise site works for the full project execution. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (MEP, HVAC etc.). Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget. Ensure materials used on-site are as per specifications and approved submittals. Support in the preparation of project documentation such as method statements, shop drawings, BOQs and RFI submissions. Participate in quality inspections, testing, and handing over procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of construction projects, analyzing project specifications, identifying material, labor, and time requirements, and preparing comprehensive BOQs (Bills of Quantities). Key Responsibilities: Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects. Prepare BOQs and pricing schedules in accordance with project plans. Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to clarify project scope and resolve discrepancies. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, equipment, and labor. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and ensure competitiveness. Support tendering and bidding processes with technical and cost proposals. Monitor ongoing projects to compare estimated costs with actual expenditures. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering options. Stay updated with market rates and construction industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost estimation within the civil or construction industry. Strong knowledge of civil engineering drawings, construction materials, and methods. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Candy, CostX). Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. UAE experience and knowledge of local pricing is a plus.

Site Supervision: Monitor daily site activities to ensure proper installation and finishing per approved drawings and materials. 3. Quality Control: Ensure workmanship quality, finishes, and material installation meet the project standards and client requirements. 4. Method Statements & Risk Assessments: Assist in preparing and implementing safety and technical procedures. 11. Inspection Requests (IRs): Raise and follow up on IRs for consultant/client inspections. 12.
