We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in the prefabricated construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, planning, and executing prefab projects, including site supervision, coordination with various stakeholders, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. Candidates must have Dubai Municipality approved. Must have experience in steel structure.

We require a Structural/Site Engineer with a G+4 D.M. License or Eligible to obtain the G+4 D.M. License. Minimum 3 years of work experience in Dubai. The candidate should have good knowledge of design drawings of Warehouses, Villas & Buildings including Basement design in AutoCAD and should have sufficient knowledge in Structural softwares like STAADpro, Prokon, etc for both RCC & Steel Structure Design. We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Engineer DAE Civil Diploma holder with specialized expertise in Quantity Surveying (QS). The ideal candidate will leverage strong technical skills in AutoCAD 2D and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word to support cost management, project documentation, and engineering design tasks. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed Quantity Take-offs (QTO), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for construction projects. Utilize AutoCAD 2D to review, modify, and produce technical drawings and plans. Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers using MS Word and MS Excel. Analyze project specifications, contracts, and drawings to identify cost variations and risks. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on budgets and timelines. Support tender processes, contract administration, and payment certifications. Perform site visits (if required) to verify measurements and monitor progress. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: DAE Civil or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: Proven work experience in Quantity Surveying within construction/engineering projects. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (drafting, editing, interpretation). Civil Engineer - G+1 | G+4 Dubai Municipality Approved TARRAB CONTRACTING L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled and Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 Approved Civil Engineer with proven experience in BUILDING CONSTRUCTION within UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects—from planning to execution and handover while ensuring full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and engineering standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage submissions and obtain permits/NOCs from authorities including DDA, DM, Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, TECOM, and others. • Prepare and submit detailed approval documentation including architectural drawings, structural modifications, and compliance reports. • Liaise with authority engineers, attend technical meetings, and manage resubmissions or clarifications as required. • Maintain organized logs and trackers for all approval stages, including timelines, requirements, and correspondence. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and Dubai Municipality inspectors for approvals and inspections. • Ensure proper execution of civil works, including foundation, concrete, and finishing works. • Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering . Dubai Municipality G+1 Engineer Approval (mandatory). • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai, specifically in Fit outs . • Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, DM procedures, and authority approvals. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Looking for civil engineer with Sharjah approval or certificate with 2 to 5 years of experience Arabic only

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Management team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities on-site. Review structural and architectural drawings and ensure execution aligns with approved plans. Supervise site works for the full project execution. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (MEP, HVAC etc.). Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget. Ensure materials used on-site are as per specifications and approved submittals. Support in the preparation of project documentation such as method statements, shop drawings, BOQs and RFI submissions. Participate in quality inspections, testing, and handing over procedures.
