Site Engineer (Contract Based)

Our client, a reputed Group based in Dubai, which is a leader in the corporate gifts industry is looking for a Site Engineer (Contract - 12 to 18 Months) for their Warehouse and Offices, coming up in DIP. Responsibilities: • Fully capable of reading and understanding architectural and structural drawings, as well as all related shop drawings. • Ability to deal professionally with clients, project owners, government authorities, and consultants. • Keep a check on all required documents and approvals to government authorities and consultants for project execution. • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including the management of subcontractors and site teams. • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress Can help in sourcing some materials like tiles , light fittings etc. • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project milestones are met • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports • Participate in site meetings and communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards • Contribute to the development and implementation of project schedules and budgets Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the construction field. • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software • Experience dealing with government entities and consultants in the UAE. • Familiarity with UAE regulations, municipality procedures and approval processes.
