Description

Job Title: Civil Engineer – UAE Villa Projects (G+1 Certified) Location: Dubai, UAE Summary: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Civil Engineer with a valid G+1 Building Contracting Certificate to manage high-end villa projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE construction experience, excellent technical skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee planning, design, and execution of luxury villa projects. Ensure compliance with G+1 regulations, DM, DCD, DDA, and Trakhees requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities. Review and approve drawings, BOQs, cost estimates, and project plans. Supervise site activities with strong quality control and safety focus. Conduct site inspections and manage HSE compliance. Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and control project costs. Provide technical guidance and resolve site issues promptly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. UAE G+1 Building Contracting Certificate (mandatory). Minimum 5–7 years of experience in villa construction in the UAE. Approved by DM, DCD, DDA, and Trakhees. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera/MS Project. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). UAE residency in Dubai preferred.

Method Statements & Risk Assessments: Assist in preparing and implementing safety and technical procedures. 11.
