Site Engineer Civil/ Site Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in the prefabricated construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, planning, and executing prefab projects, including site supervision, coordination with various stakeholders, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. Candidates must have Dubai Municipality approved. Must have experience in steel structure.

We require a Structural/Site Engineer with a G+4 D.M. License or Eligible to obtain the G+4 D.M. License. Minimum 3 years of work experience in Dubai. The candidate should have good knowledge of design drawings of Warehouses, Villas & Buildings including Basement design in AutoCAD and should have sufficient knowledge in Structural softwares like STAADpro, Prokon, etc for both RCC & Steel Structure Design. The candidate should also have knowledge of authority submissions for JAFZA, D.M., DDA, DTC, etc. SOE & UAE Driving License is Required. This is for a Consulting office in Al Karama, Dubai

A reputed Ready-Mix Concrete company based in the UAE is urgently looking for a Quality Control Engineer / Lab Technician with valid Dubai Municipality / any UAE Municipality Approval Certificate. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in concrete and raw material testing, with full knowledge of relevant quality standards and laboratory procedures. Key Responsibilities: Conduct testing of fresh and hardened concrete, aggregates, cement, and other raw materials. Monitor production and ensure concrete quality meets approved mix design and specifications. Maintain test reports, calibration records, and laboratory documentation. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality / UAE Municipality and international standards (BS, ASTM, ACI). Perform trial mixes and assist in approvals for special concrete applications. Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with batching plants, site engineers, and QA/QC departments. Mandatory Requirements: Dubai Municipality / Any UAE Municipality Approved QC Engineer or Lab Technician Certificate Minimum 2 years’ experience in a ready-mix or concrete lab environment Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline Strong knowledge of concrete testing methods and lab procedures Good communication and documentation skills UAE Driving License is a plus

Looking for civil engineer with Sharjah approval or certificate with 2 to 5 years of experience Arabic only

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Management team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities on-site. Review structural and architectural drawings and ensure execution aligns with approved plans. Supervise site works for the full project execution. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (MEP, HVAC etc.). Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget. Ensure materials used on-site are as per specifications and approved submittals. Support in the preparation of project documentation such as method statements, shop drawings, BOQs and RFI submissions. Participate in quality inspections, testing, and handing over procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 3–7 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of project execution, civil site activities, and project coordination Familiar with project management tools and AutoCAD Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure Familiar with local authority regulations and approvals (especially in UAE/GCC, if applicable) Email your cv@ helenatelemechtech.com
