What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 Years GCC Experience in QA/QC roles within residential and commercial construction projects. Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Construction/Relevant Engineering Discipline. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and QA/QC standards. Proficient in inspection tools, reporting systems, and non-conformance handling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and conduct root-cause analysis. Familiarity with ISO standards and safety regulations in construction. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of construction projects, analyzing project specifications, identifying material, labor, and time requirements, and preparing comprehensive BOQs (Bills of Quantities). Key Responsibilities: Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects. Prepare BOQs and pricing schedules in accordance with project plans. Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to clarify project scope and resolve discrepancies. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, equipment, and labor. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and ensure competitiveness.
