Site engineer

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with the following qualifications and skills: Job Responsibilities:( Villas and buildings) construction only. • Fully capable of reading and understanding architectural and structural drawings, as well as all related shop drawings. • Able to manage and supervise site works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. • Skilled in organizing and managing construction site teams efficiently. • Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines. • Provide fast and practical solutions for any technical or site-related issues during the project. • Ability to deal professionally with clients, project owners, government authorities, and consultants. • Responsible for preparing and submitting all required documents and approvals to government authorities and consultants for project execution. • Ensure that site activities comply with safety and quality standards. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the construction field. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams on-site. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Experience dealing with government entities and consultants in the UAE. • Familiarity with UAE regulations, municipality procedures, and approval processes. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software. • UAE Driving License is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.”& Urdu.
