Salad Chef – Arabic and Continental Salads About the Role We’re hiring a young, energetic Salad Chef to lead the cold kitchen for a busy restaurant in Dubai. You must be confident with Arabic salads like Fattoush, Hummus, Tabbouleh, Feta Cheese Salad, and a broad range of continental salads and dressings. Responsibilities • Prepare and plate Arabic & continental salads, mezze, and cold appetizers • Mix house dressings, marinades, and vinaigrettes; ensure recipe consistency • Manage mise en place, portioning, and buffet/catering production • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP), labeling & stock rotation • Coordinate with the hot kitchen for timely service; uphold presentation standards Requirements • Minimum 2 years in an Arabic restaurant or hotel cold kitchen • Strong knowledge of Arabic salads (Fattoush, Hummus, Tabbouleh, Feta Cheese Salad) and continental classics (Caesar, Greek, Russian Salad, Coleslaw, etc.) • Fast knife skills, accuracy, and consistency under pressure • Team player, good communication, flexible for shifts/weekends/holidays Salary & Benefits • AED 2,000 – 3,000 (based on experience) • Accommodation provided • Employment visa provided • Staff meal + benefits as per UAE law How to Apply Please email your CV.
