Job Title: Professional Baker Location: International City Reports To: Head Chef / Pastry Chef Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake French-style pastries such as croissants and sour dough breads. Mix, shape, proof, and bake artisan sourdough and specialty breads Decorate cakes and desserts using professional techniques in piping, glazing, and chocolate work Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked items Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area in accordance with food safety standards Manage baking schedules to ensure timely product availability Assist in inventory control and ordering of bakery ingredients and supplies Work closely with the team to develop seasonal or special menu items Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen Proven expertise in French baking techniques, sourdough bread-making, and cake decoration Strong understanding of fermentation, lamination, and finishing skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively Passion for innovation, creativity, and high-quality craftsmanship Food safety and hygiene knowledge Diploma in culinary arts or baking (preferred but not required if experience is strong) Job Title: SOUS CHEF Location: International City, Dubai Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Head Chef Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and team supervision Prepare French-style pastries such as croissants and sour dough breads. Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste Oversee food prep, cooking, and plating during service hours Support in menu planning, seasonal dishes, and recipe development Monitor inventory, food cost, and stock rotation Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with UAE regulations Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff for efficiency and professionalism Step in as acting chef when the Head Chef is absent Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern, Persian, or international cuisine Excellent team management and time coordination skills Ability to work calmly and lead during high-pressure service Creative mindset and passion for quality food Formal culinary training preferred, but strong experience will be considered or send your resume at WhatsApp 0585422919
