Job Title: Head Baker – Industrial Bakery (Ajman) Location: Ajman, UAE (Only candidates currently residing in UAE will be considered) Job Description: A newly established industrial bakery in Ajman is urgently hiring an experienced Head Baker to join our startup team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food hygiene standards (including HACCP), and participating in product testing and development. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily baking operations. Manage production staff and workflow across shifts. Ensure hygiene protocols (HACCP, GHP) are followed. Perform production tests and support product finalization. Willingness to work night shifts when production begins. Handle SOPs and ensure standardization in production. Requirements: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial or commercial baking in UAE. Strong understanding of production planning and food safety standards. Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to startup environment. Good communication skills (English preferred). Currently residing in UAE.
