Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and serve meals tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements.
Curate bespoke menus (daily, weekly, or event-specific) featuring international and regional cuisines.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Manage grocery shopping, ingredient selection, and cost control in line with InstaChef policies.
Deliver courteous, professional, and discreet service at client locations (homes, villas, yachts, corporate events).
Collaborate with the InstaChef operations team to ensure smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.
Handle special requests (BBQ, festive menus, themed dinners, healthy meal prep, etc.).
Maintain proper grooming and presentation, reflecting InstaChef’s premium brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Chef / Private Chef / Sous Chef in hotels, fine dining, or catering.
Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines (Continental, Mediterranean, Indian, Asian, Arabic, etc.).
Ability to adapt to diverse dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, etc.).
Excellent time management, creativity, and plating/presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
Familiarity with HACCP standards and kitchen safety protocols.
Professional grooming and hygiene are mandatory.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
