As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business needs, ensuring that our software solutions meet the requirements of our clients. The Business Analyst II plays a key role in analyzing business needs and supporting product development through comprehensive documentation. The role involves gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, and preparing clear, actionable documentation to support solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops. Analyze and document current and future business processes using BPMN. Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Design wireframes, mockups, and user flows to visualize features. Define MVP scopes and break down epics into backlog items. This role is ideal for someone early in their data career with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare innovation. Prior marketing experience is not required. Key Responsibilities: Work with healthcare, operational, and research teams to collect, clean, and analyze datasets from EMR systems, wearable devices, CRM platforms, and internal databases. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio to support clinical decision-making and operational planning.
