As a Finance Agent, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of financing solutions among C2C car buyers on Dubizzle. You will consult with potential customers over the phone, understand their vehicle financing needs, and close finance deals by matching them with the right bank partners. You will play a critical part in our value-added services strategy, helping us increase finance penetration in the C2C market segment. In this role, you will: Handle inbound and outbound calls to pitch financing options to C2C car buyers. Consult with customers to assess eligibility, recommend the best finance products, and facilitate applications. Own the full telesales cycle from prospecting to closing. Present tailored finance packages clearly over calls, WhatsApp, and email. Cross-sell other value-added services such as insurance and warranty, where applicable. Serve as a trusted advisor, building rapport and guiding customers through the finance journey. Manage objections professionally and proactively follow up to ensure deal closure. Ensure smooth coordination with operations, transfer, and bank teams to support customer success. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM on call outcomes, applications, approvals, and deals closed. Share daily performance updates and insights with your team lead. Meet and exceed monthly finance deal targets consistently. Stay updated on current bank rates, approval criteria, and UAE auto finance trends. Provide regular feedback to improve scripts, offers, and product-market fit. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in auto loan sales, banking, or auto finance — preferably via telesales. Prior experience in high-volume inside sales or call centre environments. Experience in using CRM Software/Apps. Familiarity with the UAE automotive market and bank finance processes. Understanding of value-added services like insurance, warranty, and registration support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong negotiation and closing skills; Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage pipeline and time effectively & efficiently. Job Purpose To conduct Operational risk assessment of the Bank’s departments in line with the Risk Management Framework. Review the bank’s new product programs, policies, procedures, cycles re-engineering, and any amendments thereof to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes and controls. Key Responsibilities Perform periodic Risk Assessment of all departments of the Bank in line with the Board approved Risk Management Framework Develop and implement the Risk Assessments quality review plan of all departments of the Bank Review drafted; new product programs, policies, procedures, proposed memos.
