Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring that all meals meet the restaurant's standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including adhering to food safety regulations and proper storage methods for ingredients. Support the senior chefs by preparing ingredients, including washing, chopping, and marinating, to streamline the cooking process. Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and report shortages or issues to ensure the smooth operation of meal service. Desired Candidate Profile Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized institution, demonstrating formal training in cooking techniques and kitchen operations. At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, showcasing the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations in food preparation. Ability to communicate effectively in English, with additional language skills considered an asset for diverse kitchen environments.
