We are hiring a skilled Car Workshop Manager to oversee our mechanical service operations, manage daily workflow, and deliver high-performance standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience managing an automotive workshop Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Excellent knowledge of mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance Hands-on experience with both luxury and economy vehicles Capable of managing KPIs, labor efficiency, parts usage, and customer satisfaction Familiar with DMS/workshop software systems Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus We offer: Competitive salary + monthly performance bonuses Opportunity to work with premium vehicle brands Autonomy to lead and grow the workshop team Professional and structured work environment
