ShareWe are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Spare Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in European car parts, especially for German, Italian, and British brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Ferrari, Land Rover, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce. Key Responsibilities: Use spare parts catalog systems such as TecDoc, PartsLink, or similar to identify part numbers and compatibility. Prepare accurate and professional quotations based on customer inquiries. Communicate with suppliers, manage sourcing, negotiate pricing, and track orders. Assist customers and garages with identifying and ordering the correct parts. Maintain internal records for parts, pricing, and availability. Coordinate with logistics for shipping and delivery updates. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts (focused on European cars). Strong working knowledge of TecDoc, PartsLink, or equivalent catalog tools. Good understanding of OEM and aftermarket parts. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with Excel, quotation templates, and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge or contacts within UAE/European spare parts supplier networks. Ability to handle urgent requests, rare parts sourcing, and bulk orders.
