Position: Spare Parts Purchaser & Estimator Role Summary: We are looking for a qualified professional to handle both purchasing spare parts and preparing repair estimates based on diagnosis team reports. The role requires solid knowledge of Mercedes-Benz spare parts, supplier networks, and estimation processes to ensure smooth workshop operations and cost transparency. Key Responsibilities: Spare Parts Purchasing Source and procure required spare parts based on workshop needs and diagnosis reports. Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing for best value. Ensure timely delivery of parts to avoid delays in repair jobs. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory records accurately. Maintain compliance with company procurement procedures. Estimating (Based on Reports Only) Receive repair reports from the diagnosis team and prepare accurate estimates. Calculate required parts and labor costs for each job. Prepare formal quotations for service advisors, customers, and insurance companies. Update and revise estimates when additional requirements arise. Maintain records of all estimates for reference and reporting. Qualifications & Skills: 3–5 years of experience in spare parts purchasing and/or vehicle repair estimation (Mercedes-Benz preferred). Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts catalogues and repair labor times. Familiarity with supplier networks and inventory management systems. Good computer skills (MS Office, DMS/workshop systems). Excellent communication, organization, and cost-control skills. Language: English required; Arabic/Russian an advantage.

He will also be required to mobilize offshore to client sites as required for ADHOC projects. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Repair, maintenance & test of cranes & lifting equipment inc. but not limited to hook blocks, balls & swivels, overload protection units, and spooler units. Conduct independently offshore crane condition evaluations. Provide accurate identification of all components, report on conditions and provide sufficient information to order correct spare parts.
