Vehicle Reception Receive the vehicle from the customer with greeting and smile. Vehicle park proper area which we designed Record customer details and concerns. Conduct a preliminary inspection of the vehicle with TAB, photos and KM Note down all reported and observed issues. Take vehicle pictures for inventory Open a job card with the customer’s reported issues. (Use tab) Make sure with customer any other issues. (if required arrange a test drive with customer) and Customer signature Request wait to customer lounge Assign and hand over the job card to the FLOOR CONTROLLER Collect detailed inspection report findings from the floor team within 1 hrs Share the required parts list with the spare parts team.
