Position Overview: Lead independent assurance activities, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop risk-based audit plans for UAE operations Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes Assess compliance with UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations Prepare audit reports for Audit Committee in Arabic and English Coordinate with UAE regulatory bodies when required Implement data analytics in audit processes Qualifications Required: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) mandatory 8+ years internal audit experience, minimum 3 years in UAE Knowledge of UAE Commercial Companies Law Experience with audit software (ACL, TeamMate) Arabic and English bilingual preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
