CAD Designer We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Architecture & Interior design Draftsman to join our team and contribute to our residential projects. Your main responsibility will be to create accurate and Detailed design and Specification packages that will guide and be implemented in tendering and construction stages. Your responsibility will include : • Preparing Concept, Schematic, Construction documents Drawing packages for Architecture and Interior design project including all required details and specification based on given information by 3D SketchUp or any reference images. • Preparing elevations, sections and joinery details specification based on provided Concept Design model and visualizations, technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings. • Knowledge in fit-out , wooden joinery and materials is a must. • Producing large scale drawing documentation packages in CAD and PDF. • Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings. • Expertise in AutoCAD and Sketchup • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential design in UAE. • Diploma or any other certificate in CAD, Drafting is a plus but not a must. • Design oriented, creative, and independent personality. • Communication skills and coordination abilities with contractors and authorities • Office based Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further assessment and interviews. • Must have a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in an interior Fit Out company. • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS max or similar. • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into accurate drafts. • Extract accurate quantities from CAD drawings for the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ). • Prepare layout drawings, blueprints, and schematics for project presentations and construction purposes. • Estimation, preparing quotation for interior projects, ensuring accuracy in material quantities and costs. · Required Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design or related field. · Knowledge in Microsoft excel, Word, etc. · Good communication and organizational skills.
