Job Description: Position: Junior Draftsman – AutoCAD & 3D Max Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Ziaco Technical Services LLC We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Draftsman with experience (or strong knowledge) in AutoCAD and 3D Max to join our growing team at Ziaco Technical Services LLC — a Dubai-based design and renovation company. This role involves drafting detailed 2D drawings and producing 3D visualizations for interior fit-out and renovation projects based on site measurements and design briefs. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD Create realistic 3D renderings using 3D Max Interpret site measurements and convert them into working drawings Work collaboratively with the design and site team Revise drawings as per client feedback or site requirements Ensure output is timely, neat, and error-free Requirements: Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Max (mandatory) Diploma or training in Drafting, Design, or a related field Ability to read and understand technical measurements Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication and team collaboration skills Freshers are welcome — skill matters more than years Job Details: Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: AED 1,800 – 2,000 (Subject to increment based on experience and performance) Location: Office-based in UAE Probation: 1–3 months with practical testing during interview Visa: Provided (if selected after probation)

Your main responsibility will be to create accurate and Detailed design and Specification packages that will guide and be implemented in tendering and construction stages. • Must have a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in an interior Fit Out company. • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS max or similar. • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into accurate drafts. • Extract accurate quantities from CAD drawings for the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ). • Prepare layout drawings, blueprints, and schematics for project presentations and construction purposes. • Estimation, preparing quotation for interior projects, ensuring accuracy in material quantities and costs. · Required Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design or related field. · Knowledge in Microsoft excel, Word, etc. · Good communication and organizational skills.
