Meraki Integrated Contracting is seeking a skilled BIM Draughtsman- (Civil) with strong expertise in execution-focused modeling. You will play a key role in developing accurate 3D models, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring construction-ready drawings align with project specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D based on project design and execution needs. Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built models for civil works. Collaborate with structural and MEP teams for clash detection and resolution. Support site teams by providing accurate data, drawing clarifications, and quick revisions as required. Assist in maintaining model standards, libraries, and documentation in line with project requirements. Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and LOD specifications. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting/Design Technology. 3–5 years of experience in BIM Modelling for civil and construction projects in the UAE. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Civil 3D. Strong understanding of civil construction sequences and detailing. Experience in working on-site preferred. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Traits: Eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to project demands.

BIM Draghtsman - MEP

We are looking for a detail-driven BIM Draghtsman – MEP to join our engineering team at Meraki Integrated Contracting. You will be responsible for creating and managing accurate 3D MEP models, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting the site and design teams with clear, execution-ready documentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using Revit and AutoCAD MEP. Generate shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and detailed sections based on project specifications. Collaborate with architectural, structural, and civil teams to ensure clash-free, coordinated models. Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and resolve conflicts in coordination with site and design teams. Maintain updated drawing logs and ensure models meet the required Level of Detail (LOD) and project standards. Support the construction team with drawing revisions, RFIs, and documentation during execution. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Drafting Technology. 3–5 years of experience in MEP BIM Modelling, preferably within UAE construction projects. Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and other coordination tools. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems. Experience working with site teams and resolving technical issues during execution. Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and interdisciplinary coordination. Preferred Traits: High attention to detail and precision. Effective communicator with strong teamwork and coordination skills.
