Key Responsibilities: Financial Modeling & Analysis Develop, maintain, and stress-test detailed financial models for new and ongoing projects Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ROI/IRR calculations to assess project profitability. Analyze capital structures and provide recommendations on financing options (debt/equity/hybrid). Investment & Fundraising Support Prepare pitch decks, investment teasers, and business plans for fundraising purposes. Support due diligence and data room preparation for institutional investors, lenders, and JV partners. Assist in evaluating term sheets, loan offers, and equity structures. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with development, legal, and finance teams to align financial planning with project delivery timelines.
