STEM instructor

Job Title: STEM Instructor (After-School Program) Location: Different schools across dubai 
Schedule: Part-time / After-school hours (1:00 PM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday; Friday 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) Pay: 150 AED - 250 AED per class
 Age Group: 5 to 12 years old Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic STEM Instructor to lead fun, engaging, and hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math activities for children aged 5 to 12. The instructor will create an exciting learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through interactive experiments, building challenges, basic coding, and STEM-themed games. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver age-appropriate STEM activities and projects tailored to different age groups.
 * Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
 * Guide students through hands-on experiments, group challenges, and problem-solving tasks.
 * Encourage teamwork, curiosity, and creativity.
 * Manage classroom behavior effectively and ensure child safety at all times.
 * Provide feedback to parents and program coordinators as needed.
 * Set up, organize, and clean up materials and equipment before and after each session.
 * Support the development of students' motor skills, teamwork, and logical thinking.
 Qualifications: * Experience working with children aged 5–12 in an educational or recreational setting.
 * Strong knowledge or background in STEM (science, engineering, robotics, coding, etc.).
 * Energetic, creative, and able to inspire and engage young minds.
 * Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
 * Ability to adapt lessons based on the group’s needs and learning styles.
 * CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
 Preferred Experience: * Background in education, early childhood development, or STEM fields.
 * Familiarity with basic coding platforms (e.g., Scratch, LEGO Robotics, etc.) or simple engineering kits.
