Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Prepare journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations - Handle accounts payable/receivable and track company expenses - Prepare monthly financial statements, VAT returns, and management reports - Assist with audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors - Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and ensure timely invoicing - Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax policies - Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements - Liaise with banks and regulatory authorities as needed Requirements: - CA, ACCA UK, CIMA in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (Forex or Financial Services preferred) - Solid understanding of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations - Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP ORACLE etc - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to meet deadlines and work independently - Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus - Must be currently based in UAE.
