Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Monitor project-based accounting for off-plan and ready property transactions. Maintain records for property transactions, commissions, and brokerage fees. Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as required. Support management in financial decision-making by providing accurate and timely data.
