Paints & Coating Materials Trading Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain financial records and reports. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes. Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance documents. Help maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and transactions. Work closely with senior accountants and other departments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internship experience also considered). Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and time management abilities.

We are seeking for a highly motivated Account Officer (FRONT DESK) to oversees the daily Operations, financial and account of our Company. Responsibilities: Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information. Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment. Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges, and refunds, and preparing and mailing invoices. Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions. Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents. QUALIFICATION 5+ years Account and Finance experience in UAE is a must. Preferably female, Tagalog speaker only with ERP system knowledge is a must. 5+ years Car Showroom Operation experience in UAE is a plus.
