Job Requirements: 1. More than 8 years of working experience, with all relevant certificates. Must be proficient in breast milk duct massage, lactation stimulation, postpartum recovery, and monitoring neonatal jaundice. Must also be skilled in preparing nutritious meals for postpartum women and baby's complementary food. 2. Good coordination and communication skills, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, able to endure hardship, follow company arrangements, and work meticulously and patiently. 3. Priority will be given to applicants with early childhood education qualifications. 4. Mandarin speaking required. Employee Benefits: 1. The company will sponsor the employee to obtain a two-year employment visa, providing legal status in the UAE, and cover the cost of local medical insurance to eliminate concerns regarding medical treatment. 2. After completing one year on contract, the company offers one month of leave and a 5000 RMB subsidy for the return flight to the employee's home country. If no leave is taken, the 5000 RMB will be directly added to the employee's salary and paid promptly. 3. Free accommodation provided, including all expenses such as water, electricity, internet, gas, and property management, which are fully covered by the company. Employees are responsible for their own meals. 4. Festival benefits and care subsidies (annual plan will be adjusted according to company policy each year, subject to current year's policy).
