Main Responsibilities: - Provide daily administrative support, including email management and document organization. - Maintain accurate records and databases. - Assist HR-related tasks (such as employee onboarding, payroll coordination, etc.). - Serve as liaison between departments and with external partners. - Handle temporary affairs to ensure efficient office operation. Job Requirements: - Proficient in WPS (office software). - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong English communication skills. - Able to work independently or as a team member in a multicultural environment.
