About Us: We are a newly established accounting, tax, and financing brokerage firm, dedicated to supporting SMEs and startups with high-quality, client-focused services. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our team and play a vital role in business development. Job Responsibilities: • Actively visit small and medium-sized businesses across the UAE to promote our accounting, tax, and financing brokerage services. • Conduct daily outdoor sales activities, including client meetings, cold calls, and follow-ups. • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Report on market trends and client feedback to support strategic decisions. Requirements (Mandatory): • Proven sales experience, preferably in accounting/ banking/ financial products. • Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset. • Willingness to conduct regular field visits and client meetings. • Good command of English (spoken and written). Preferred (Optional): • Own UAE residency visa (company can also provide visa if needed). • Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) are a plus.
