Job Title: Field Marketing & Business Development Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-time We’re looking for a proactive, field-focused marketer & BD professional to drive on-the-ground awareness, recruit new clients and suppliers, and nurture those relationships from first touch through monthly support. You’ll be the face of company in the market—owning demo pitches, sign-ups. Key Responsibilities • Field Outreach & Acquisition • Conduct in-person visits and presentations at target SMEs, distributors, and supplier shops • Generate qualified leads, onboard new buyers and suppliers, and hit monthly sign-up targets • Relationship Management • Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts—ensuring their questions are answered, feedback is captured, and adoption stays high • Proactively check in, troubleshoot issues, and upsell expanded platform features • Local Marketing Execution • Represent at trade shows, supplier markets, and industry events • Coordinate co-marketing campaigns (e.g., supplier spotlights, buyer roundtables) in your territory • Collaboration & Reporting • Work closely with central Marketing to align field campaigns with digital and content efforts • Feed market insights and customer feedback into product, sales, and growth strategies • Track activities and results in our CRM; report weekly on KPIs (visits, demos, sign-ups, retention)
