2016 Audi Q5 45 TFSI S-Line 3.0 litre V6 (272 PS, 268 HP) one owner car

I am selling my prized Audi Q5 S-Line with the rare 45 TFSI 3.0 litre V6 engine in Ibis white with two tone Cognac black leather seats. I am the first owner of this vehicle. It was purchased from Al Nabooda Audi in Dubai and has been serviced by Al Nabooda Audi under a 15,000 KM through to 105,000KM service pack that was then extended to the 120,000KM and 135,000KM services. Since this time, no expenses have been spared in ensuring the maintenance of the car is upheld to the highest of standards. The 150,000KM service was completed by a German specialist workshop in December 2023 that included rear brake discs, rear brake pads, lower arm bushes and upper arm bushes. The 165,000KM service was completed by a German specialist workshop in September 2024 that included a gearbox service, front and rear differential service, transfer case service, front stabilizer bar bushes and interior sunblind replacement. Recent service works from Al Nabooda Audi in April 2025 include intake manifold carbon cleaning (i.e. sandblasting), spark plug change, oxygen sensor change, PCV valve change, and replacement of both hydraulic engine mountings. This car has only ever been fuelled with super unleaded petrol and manually jet washed weekly inside petrol station car washing centres. The rear passenger seats have rarely ever been sat in and the condition is close to perfect considering its age and mileage. The current mileage is 172,000KM (or 107,000 miles). The oil and filter service has been completed every 15,000KM or every 12 months (whichever came first), as per manufacturer's schedule, without fail. The next scheduled oil and oil filter service will be due at 180,000KM. The vehicle had four new Pirelli Scorpion ("AO"/Audi approved) tyres fitted 30,000 KM ago (in November 2022) by Al Hawai, Pirelli's official UAE distributor, in Umm Ramool and so have just over two more years of life ahead of them (at an average mileage of 15,000KM a year). These tyres are in excellent condition and have been x-rotated twice. Al Hawai will continue to rotate the wheels every 10,000KM for the new owner. I have all invoices of works referenced above and Al Nabooda Audi will be able to provide any additional information on the vehicle's service history that you may require. I have the original roof bars that came with the car still in their original wrapping. I also have the original owner's manual and both fully working original keys that came with the vehicle.
