We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist for their growing team. This role focuses on maximizing ROI for consumer and commercial tech products and services through managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Requirements Job Responsibilities Development Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies focused on digital channels such as PPC, social media, Google, Marketplace advertising models and email marketing. Establish clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns to measure success and effectiveness. Digital Advertising Management Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize conversion rates and ROI. Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights about customer behavior, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness. Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the gaming hardware industry, informing campaign strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product launches and messaging. Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience. Customer Retention and Engagement Create and implement customer retention strategies that leverage data insights to encourage repeat purchases. Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging existing customers and promoting new products or offers. Preferred Qualifications B.A. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum Experience & Knowledge 3+ years in performance marketing (gaming/tech hardware preferred) Expertise in Google Ads (Shopping campaigns for SKUs), Meta Ads Manager (lookalike audiences of esports fans), and GA4 with custom event tracking (e.g., "Add to Build" clicks). Experience with AI-driven marketing tools (such as HubSpot, ChatGPT, or Semrush) to optimize campaign performance, automate workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Experience in using marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance targeting. Knowledge of programmatic advertising or gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Store, etc.). Skills: Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Content Creation: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and promotional materials that resonate with the gaming audience; understanding of customer personas and the ability to tailor messaging to different segments. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Budget Management: Competence in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and optimizing spend for maximum ROI with ability to forecast marketing expenses based on campaign performance and business objectives. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas, strategies, and performance reports to stakeholders.
