Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Community Building Own and grow the founder’s presence on X platform, including content creation, scheduling, and strategy Drive follower growth, audience engagement, and community development Convert digital following into an engaged community through campaigns, content, and potentially virtual events Track insights and performance metrics, adjusting strategy accordingly Stay updated on platform trends, features, and best practices Conduct research, prepare briefings, and support digital initiatives Be flexible and hands-on in supporting other creative or operational tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in social media management and/or executive support Proven expertise in X platform with a strong understanding of its algorithm, growth tactics, and audience behavior Exceptional written and visual communication skills Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Comfortable switching between creative tasks and support duties
