Transaction Management: Oversee the entire real estate transaction process, from initial client meetings to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the brokerage and attract clients. Client Retention: Foster long-term relationships with clients, aiming for repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate broker's license in the state.
