Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal & Cost Controllerto support the Senior Financial Controller, providing critical insights and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and drive financial performance and strengthen internal control systems across financial, operational, and compliance processes. This role is critical to safeguarding company assets, supporting business continuity, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability within a dynamic, fast-paced beauty industry.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Internal Control Responsibilities: Design, implement, and continuously improve internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures. Perform risk assessments to identify control gaps and areas of improvement across departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.). Coordinate and conduct internal control reviews, process walkthroughs, and testing of controls. Partner with department heads to implement practical control solutions without hindering creativity or innovation. Lead internal control training sessions for staff to promote awareness and accountability. Prepare clear and concise reports for senior leadership outlining control issues, remediation plans, and timelines. Cost Control Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Analyze costs and cost drivers across departments, identifying opportunities to optimize spend and improve efficiency. Assist in monthly close activities and support the preparation of the company’s consolidated monthly P&L, driving efficiency improvements. Support the preparation of the annual budget and bi-annual forecasts, working closely with department heads to align with business needs. Ad hoc analysis and special projects as required by management. Requirements 5–6 years of financial experience, preferably in the beauty and/or luxury industry. Audit experience is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Excellent communication skills. An analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Positive attitude and can-do mindset.
