We are partnering with a leading global brand in the OTC derivatives brokerage space, seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a role for driven professionals ready to take their careers to the next level in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow the client base by acquiring professional and retail HNI clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Leverage your existing portfolio to onboard convertible clients and drive revenue. Conduct KYC and due diligence to ensure client suitability and compliance. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering ongoing support and tailored service. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and client servicing. Contribute to maintaining internal control standards and a culture of compliance. Represent the brand professionally at industry events, meetings, and across all client touch-points. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in selling eFX, CFDs, or other OTC derivative products. Must bring an existing and convertible client portfolio (professional and retail HNIs). Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to OTC derivatives and trading practices. Ideal Candidate Profile Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills. Resident of the UAE for at least 5 years. Willing and able to relocate to or commute to Abu Dhabi (at least 2 days per week). Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable with a high degree of professionalism. Values integrity, empathy, and ethical conduct in client interactions and team collaboration. Has worked with an established, regulated brokerage firm and can demonstrate consistent performance.
