Full job description Position: Assistant to the CEO of Single Family Office All qualified candidates are welcome to apply, regardless of gender. Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Salary & Benefits: Monthly salary:* AED 15,000* Annual salary increase of 10% Year-end bonus based on performance Visa and official UAE employment contract provided Health insurance Paid annual leave (30 calendar days) with roundtrip flight to your home country Paid mobile plan, as the assistant must remain reachable and responsive at all times Structure of the Work: Reporting directly to: the CEO of the Single Family Office (DMCC-based) Supervised and managed by: the Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) Working Hours: 6 working days per week 1 day off per week Working hours are flexible and task-based — not fixed office hours Most of the time, work will be remote, but the assistant must be ready to show up at the Executive’s premises or execute tasks in person at any time when required Must be reachable throughout the day and available to respond, act or follow up immediately on assigned duties Job Overview: A DMCC-based Single Family Office is seeking a highly disciplined, detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a role with a remote and field-based work structure, requiring someone who is based in Dubai and fully available to assist both virtually and on-site. The working environment is fast-paced and dynamic, demanding a high level of mental sharpness, initiative, loyalty and discretion. You will operate under the guidance of the Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) and be entrusted with both personal and business-related tasks. Key Qualities Required: Extremely self-disciplined and able to complete tasks without direct supervision Always reachable by phone and responsive throughout the working day Flexible availability — able to handle shifting priorities and deadlines Meticulous attention to detail — every task must be executed at the highest standard Zero tolerance for passive or lazy attitude Comfortable switching between administrative work and hands-on errands Key Responsibilities: Manage a wide variety of personal and professional tasks assigned by the CEO and the Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) Coordinate with internal and household staff, including the chef, housekeepers, beautician and driver Conduct research, calls, and follow-ups as required Draft clear and effective communications (email, WhatsApp, memos) Handle reservations, deliveries, appointments, errands Track all assignments using digital systems and ensure nothing is missed Occasionally attend in-person duties at the DMCC office, Executive’s premises or other assigned locations Systems & Workflow: We use ChatGPT, Todoist app and shared spreadsheets for organizing and tracking work Training will be provided, but the candidate must be tech-comfortable and adaptable Strong time management, logical thinking and follow-through are essential
