The Special Assistant to the Executive Director in our International Dubai office will act as a point of contact between the Executive and stakeholders, providing insight into the most essential projects. This role will be instrumental in assisting with the setup and initial activities of the office, serving as the right hand of the GED. You would be responsible for providing personal and professional assistance to the Executive and her Office, coordinating critical issues and driving strategic initiatives to achieve the objectives of the office. Responsibilities Support the Executive Director in all aspects of setting up the family office, including establishing processes, systems, and protocols. Assisting with the implementation of key initiatives and projects to drive the family office's strategic objectives.
