As we expand, we are looking for a Technical Service Supervisor to lead our on-site teams and oversee technical and construction operations.Job Summary The Technical Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising technical teams, managing construction project components, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and project management skills to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership Lead, train, and motivate the technical team to meet project specifications, deadlines, and budgets. Support team development and maintain high performance standards. 2. Project Oversight Manage and coordinate construction and maintenance activities across multiple sites. Ensure timely and accurate execution of project components in compliance with specifications. 3. Daily Operations Supervise day-to-day technical services including installation, repair, and maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues to ensure operational continuity. 4. Site Surveying Conduct site inspections and accurately set out technical work based on approved designs. 5. Design & Drawing Review Review and verify technical drawings and BOQs, ensuring implementation aligns with design standards. 6. Contractor & Staff Supervision Manage in-house and contracted technical staff to meet productivity and quality benchmarks. 7. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular updates and address stakeholder concerns effectively. 8. Technical Support & Issue Resolution Serve as the primary technical contact for problem-solving and on-site decisions. 9. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports to track progress and performance. Maintain complete project documentation including inspection records and approvals. 10. Quality & Safety Assurance Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality assurance protocols. Promote safety awareness among staff and subcontractors. 11. Scheduling & Task Assignment Create project timelines, assign responsibilities, and manage team workflows effectively. 12. Material Costing & Inventory Control Track material usage and submit accurate material costing reports. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective material sourcing and delivery. 13. Procurement & Vendor Management Follow up on purchase requests and delivery schedules to avoid site delays. Ensure vendor compliance with quality and specification requirements. 14. Project Milestone Management Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing delays or scope changes as needed to meet milestones. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in technical supervision and construction site management. Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, building codes, and project workflows. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously under pressure.
