Team99 Contracting LLC is hiring an experienced Fire Fighting System / Fire Alarm (FA) Supervisor to lead and oversee the execution, installation, and inspection of fire protection systems across various construction and fit-out projects in the UAE. The role requires a solid understanding of NFPA standards, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, and Civil Defense approval processes. Key Responsibilities: -Supervise installation and commissioning of fire alarm and fire fighting systems (e.g., sprinklers, pumps, FM200, etc.). -Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and Civil Defense for inspections and approvals. -Review and interpret fire protection drawings, ensure correct implementation on-site. -Lead site teams, assign daily tasks, and track progress. -Conduct system testing, flushing, pressure tests, and troubleshooting. -Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards. -Prepare inspection requests, handover documents, and material tracking. Candidate Requirements: -Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering. -Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in fire alarm and fire fighting system supervision. -Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, 14, 20, 72, and UAE Civil Defense requirements. -Civil Defense Supervisor Card or Approval (preferred or must be eligible). -Proven experience in handling large residential/commercial projects. -Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with subcontractors. -Good communication, leadership, and report-writing skills. -UAE driving license is an advantage.

Senior Project Engineer - Cranes & Lifting - Onshore

The role?  The Senior Project Engineer is a key role within an offshore crane maintenance service company, responsible for overseeing the technical and operational execution of projects related to the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of offshore cranes and lifting equipment. The role ensures project objectives are met on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong engineering expertise, leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of offshore crane systems and the oil and gas sector.  Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Project Management:  Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of offshore crane maintenance projects.  Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules in coordination with stakeholders.  Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and reporting on financial performance.  Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.  Completion of purchase requisitions.
