The role of the Electrical Engineer includes the following aspects: Support procurement of electrical packages : technical bid evaluations, vendor documents review (during bid phase and during execution), fabrication follow-up. Comment and validate documentation issued by Engineering Contractor. Attend FAT/SAT. Support during construction and pre-commissioning. Address site queries. Assist for site commissioning and start-up as required. Requirements Graduate Engineer (ideally electrical engineering) English speaking. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil construction with proven experience in implementing and monitoring quality systems across all stages of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and checklists. Review and verify construction drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Conduct inspections and testing for incoming materials, site works, and final handover. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and standards. Issue and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensure corrective actions are taken. Maintain complete documentation of quality inspections, test reports, and audits. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for quality-related issues. Ensure third-party tests are performed where required and results are properly filed. Participate in project handover and snagging process. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in QA/QC for building construction projects (preferably G+4).
