Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage therapist schedules and ensure optimal utilization of therapy slots. ✅ Monitor therapy sessions and coordinate with parents for feedback and progress updates. ✅ Handle client registrations, payment follow-ups, and documentation with confidentiality. ✅ Support billing, insurance claim processes, and DHA/ licensing documentation as needed. ✅ Maintain clinic supplies and ensure therapy rooms are organized and prepared for sessions. ✅ Support marketing and event organization for center outreach and parent workshops. Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred). ✔ Experience in a clinical or therapy setting (speech/OT/behavior therapy environment an advantage). ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ✔ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). ✔ Proficiency in using clinic management software, Google Workspace/Excel for scheduling and reporting. ✔ Empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with families and children.
