Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize lubricant formulations (engine oils, gear oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, etc.) based on performance requirements and market trends. Conduct laboratory testing following ASTM, ISO, and OEM specifications. Perform routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process blends, and finished products. Interpret and troubleshoot results, including wear, oxidation, viscosity, and tribology testing. Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to ensure consistent product performance and process improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on additive technologies, regulatory requirements (REACH, GHS, etc.), and industry developments.
