Requirements Specialized medical degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Active and valid medical license to practice in the respective state. Minimum of 3 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology, with a background in either hospital or private practice settings. Proficiency in medical charting and relevant computer programs. Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate with other healthcare professionals. Empathetic, patient-centered care approach with excellent communication skills and bedside manner. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Conduct physical and chemical tests on raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, etc.). ✅ Perform fresh and hardened concrete tests (slump, compressive strength, durability) and analyze data. ✅ Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to meet relevant industrial standards (if applicable). ✅ Prepare QC reports and address non-conformities or client complaints. ✅ Assist in government inspections (e.g., Dubai Municipality) and submit compliance documents. Requirements: ✅Dubai municipality registered or mandatory government/industry certifications. ✅ At least 2 years of experience in a concrete batching plant or ready mix plant, with expertise in mix design and QC processes. ✅ Proficiency in lab equipment (compression testers, slump cones) and software (MS Office, Lab Management Systems). ✅ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
