Key Responsibilities: Medication Management and Optimization: Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with evidence-based guidelines. Provide personalized medication counseling to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and proper medication use. Clinical Support: Assist healthcare providers with selecting appropriate medications based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific factors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize lubricant formulations (engine oils, gear oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, etc.) based on performance requirements and market trends. Conduct laboratory testing following ASTM, ISO, and OEM specifications. Perform routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process blends, and finished products. Interpret and troubleshoot results, including wear, oxidation, viscosity, and tribology testing. Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to ensure consistent product performance and process improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on additive technologies, regulatory requirements (REACH, GHS, etc.), and industry developments. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and support product certifications and customer technical inquiries. Assist in pilot runs and plant trials for new formulations or improvements. Experience with analytical instruments (FTIR, ICP, GC, viscometers, etc.). Familiarity with lubricant additive packages, base oil compatibility, and formulation software/tools is a plus.
