Key Responsibilities: Medication Management and Optimization: Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with evidence-based guidelines. Provide personalized medication counseling to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and proper medication use. Clinical Support: Assist healthcare providers with selecting appropriate medications based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific factors. Support the management of complex cases involving polypharmacy or drug interactions. Analyze and report clinical outcomes related to pharmacotherapy. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (BPharm or PharmD) from an accredited institution. Valid DHA license as a Clinical Pharmacist. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy role, preferably in diabetes care or chronic disease management. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, diabetes medications, and patient education strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with patient counseling and disease education. Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and electronic medical records (EMR). Certification in diabetes education or management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize lubricant formulations (engine oils, gear oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, etc.) based on performance requirements and market trends. Conduct laboratory testing following ASTM, ISO, and OEM specifications. Perform routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process blends, and finished products. Interpret and troubleshoot results, including wear, oxidation, viscosity, and tribology testing. Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to ensure consistent product performance and process improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on additive technologies, regulatory requirements (REACH, GHS, etc.), and industry developments. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and support product certifications and customer technical inquiries. Assist in pilot runs and plant trials for new formulations or improvements. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and laboratory best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lubricant formulation or testing role. Proficiency with ASTM/ISO lubricant test methods (e.g., D445, D97, D92, D2896, etc.). Experience with analytical instruments (FTIR, ICP, GC, viscometers, etc.). Familiarity with lubricant additive packages, base oil compatibility, and formulation software/tools is a plus.
