Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and track patient progress effectively. Interpret diagnostic tests and medical histories to inform clinical decisions. Act promptly in emergency situations and provide critical interventions as needed. Collaborate with nursing staff and other specialists to ensure integrated patient care. Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive care strategies. Participate in clinical research and initiatives aimed at improving acute care services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans. Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Acute Medicine or a related specialty. A valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care or hospital setting. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in managing diverse acute medical conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
