Bakery Sweet Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sweet Shop Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily operations at our popular confectionery outlet located in Damac Mall 2, Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for sweets, excellent customer service, and proven leadership skills to manage staff and ensure top-quality standards in hygiene, service, and product presentation. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and train shop staff, manage shift schedules • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times • Assist in visual merchandising and promotion of seasonal items • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and meet performance targets Requirements: • Prior experience in managing or supervising in a retail or food outlet • Strong communication and organizational skills • Multilingual: English (required), Turkish and/or Russian, Arabic (preferred) • Good knowledge of food safety regulations in the UAE • PIC (Person In Charge) food safety certificate or relevant certification is an advantage • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
